Privacy notice.

This notice explains how Effatum handles information from visitors to effatum.com and people who request a demo. For privacy questions, access or deletion requests, or withdrawal of call consent, email sa.consultingaepllc@gmail.com.

Information you provide

When you request a demo, we collect your name, business name, email, telephone number, business type, and any message you choose to provide. We also record your affirmative AI demo call consent, the wording you accepted, the consent version, the submission time, and an enquiry reference. Please do not include sensitive personal information in the message field.

How we use demo enquiries

We use the information to review your business needs, respond to your enquiry, and arrange the requested demo. Your explicit consent permits Effatum to call the number you supplied using an AI-generated voice for that demo. It does not enroll you in unrelated marketing, and consent is not a condition of purchase. An enquiry does not automatically initiate a call. The team reviews requests and arranges next steps.

To withdraw AI call consent, email us with the telephone number or enquiry reference. We will update your record and stop future demo calls based on that consent. You may also ask to receive follow-up by email instead.

Essential storage and privacy choices

We use first-party browser storage to remember whether you allow optional analytics. This preference is stored on your browser; it is not an advertising identifier. The demo form works when analytics is declined. Privacy choices can be changed using the link at the bottom of the home page.

Optional analytics

Analytics is off until you choose to allow it. When enabled, we record page views, clicks on enquiry buttons, and successful form submissions, with the page path, event category, and time. We do not include your form details, visitor IDs, full referring URLs, query strings, or IP addresses in the analytics event records. We do not use advertising pixels, fingerprinting, or cross-site tracking. We respect Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track signals when detected.

These counts represent opted-in activity and are not counts of every visitor. Withdrawing analytics permission stops future events from this browser. Previously collected events cannot be associated with an individual visitor because no visitor identifier is stored.

Hosting, processing, and service providers

The website and its private SQLite database run on Cloudflare. Lead notifications are sent to Effatum’s business inbox at Gmail. Cloudflare and Google process information as needed to provide these services. We do not sell enquiry data. Access to enquiry records is limited to authorized administration and the Effatum team.

Hosting providers may process network information and operational logs to deliver the site and protect it from abuse. Our form protection uses short-lived derived network keys to limit repeated requests. These keys expire after one hour and are cleaned up daily. We do not log form bodies or contact details in application logs.

Retention and requests

Website demo enquiry records are automatically removed after 365 days, and optional analytics events after 90 days. Provider backups and business inbox copies may have separate retention. Contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or an earlier removal. We may ask for enough information to verify that the request concerns your own record.

Future services and updates

This notice covers this website and demo enquiries. Any additional data handling for a customer’s calling workflow, including recordings, transcripts, integrations, or customer lead data, will be defined separately during onboarding. If this website’s practices change, we will update this notice and its effective date.
